About the role#
The Winter Tax Internship program offers students hands-on experience in public accounting. You will join an industry group to support our tax services during the busy season from mid-February to mid-April. This is a paid, part-time position where you will work directly on diverse client engagements.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tax scanning and tax return preparation.
- Build professional relationships with both clients and team members.
- Apply your knowledge of technical tax requirements to real-world tasks.
- Learn and use our standard microcomputer applications.
- Follow firm policies to maintain professional standards.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 75% of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Availability for weekend work when the schedule requires it.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to multitask.
- Authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available).

- Location: Hollywood, Florida.
- Modality: This is an on-site role. Frequent local travel to clients and other office locations may be required.
