About the role#
As a Legal & Compliance Analyst intern, you will join our team to ensure that investment and strategic goals align with client guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will work within either Investment Compliance, where you monitor trades and interpret regulations, or Regulatory Compliance, where you review marketing materials and address anti-financial crime requirements. This role offers the chance to work alongside subject matter experts and contribute to the firm's regulatory oversight.
What you'll do#
- Confirm that investment goals align with client guidelines.
- Review marketing materials and navigate regulations.
- Conduct detailed analysis and develop proposals for specific projects.
- Resolve inquiries and conduct scenario analysis.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects, including technology testing and AI-based initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Economics, Accounting, Communications, International Relations, or Sociology.
- Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Enrollment at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets or legal and compliance.
