About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program based in New York City. You will work alongside Account Associates and client servicing teams to support investment strategies for the Latin American market. This role offers exposure to economic analysis, portfolio structures, and client reporting while helping you develop a foundation for a career in finance.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of high-quality service across various investment strategies.
- Work directly with Account Associates and client servicing teams.
- Gain exposure to market analysis, performance attribution, and client reporting.
- Build professional relationships across different internal teams.
- Use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and generate insights.
- Enhance your analytical and communication skills through hands-on experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work on-site in New York.
