About the role#
The Finance & Risk Management Department at Pima County is looking for a part-time intern to join the Financial Transactions Division. You will work in an office environment in Tucson, supporting enterprise systems and learning the daily operations of a functional system administrator.
What you'll do#
- Support multiple enterprise systems.
- Extract data from systems using custom reports and Excel.
- Perform financial reporting and data analysis.
- Assist with system configurations and patching.
- Complete administrative, operational, or technical tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university, or graduation from one within the last 12 months.
- Pursuit of a bachelors degree or higher in accounting or finance.
- Experience working directly with customers or in a customer-facing role.
