About the role#
Pepper Construction is looking for students to join our team for a Summer 2027 internship. You will gain hands-on experience with a commercial general contractor while focusing on Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technology. This role offers exposure to the day-to-day operations of a construction firm in the Indianapolis area.
What you'll do#
- Support design model coordination and visualization tasks.
- Learn and apply BIM processes in a professional setting.
- Participate in company training sessions.
- Join jobsite tours to see projects in progress.
- Engage in safety programs and protocols.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current college student entering your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
- Pursue a degree in Architecture, Virtual Construction Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation for work-related activities and assignments.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
