About the role#
The IT & Cybersecurity Leadership Development Internship Program is a 12-week summer experience designed for students interested in pursuing a career in technology leadership. This program provides hands-on exposure to strategic business projects, mentorship from industry professionals, and professional development opportunities. Interns are expected to gain experience that prepares them for potential full-time roles within the organization upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to a real-world, strategic business project with measurable impact.
- Participate in mentorship programs and networking events with company leaders.
- Collaborate with a cohort of fellow interns through a team case competition.
- Present project objectives, processes, and outcomes to company leadership at the conclusion of the program.
- Engage in professional development programming, including executive speaker sessions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
- Enrolled as a junior undergraduate with a preferred graduation date of Spring 2028.
- Strong interest in pursuing the full-time IT & Cybersecurity Leadership Development Program after graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude in at least one IT domain, such as application development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: Golden Valley, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position.
