About the role#
This is a four-month full-time co-op position running from September to December 2026. You will join the Digital Product team to support the strategy and daily operations for The Weather Network and MétéoMédia platforms. You will work within an agile environment, participating in the product lifecycle from initial ideas to final launch.
What you'll do#
- Work with software developers, product designers, and product managers to launch new features.
- Write and refine product specifications based on team input.
- Monitor user feedback to suggest improvements and bug fixes.
- Help manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Analyze user data to make recommendations for engagement and growth.
- Conduct competitive market research and track new product trends.
- Participate in agile ceremonies like daily standups, refinement, and sprint planning.
What you'll need#
- Interest in business, product management, and software development.
- Curiosity about user needs and a desire to solve problems.
- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to share ideas.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or Operations Management.
