About the role#
The ABA Student Analyst role provides hands-on experience for graduate students pursuing certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities while completing required fieldwork hours under the supervision of a licensed BCBA. This position involves both direct service delivery as an RBT and professional development in behavior analysis.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention in home, clinic, and community settings.
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and preference assessments.
- Help develop and modify behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and session outcomes.
- Implement skill-building programs for communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
- Apply behavior reduction strategies like reinforcement and prompting.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress.
- Attend regular clinical supervision meetings to review progress and receive feedback.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethical guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB.
- Enrollment as a graduate student in an ABA program for at least 6 months.
- Ability to work with children from birth to age 21 and at-risk families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple tasks.
- Capacity to read and interpret company policies and safety documents.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements like walking, running, and kneeling.
- Comfort working around animals.

- Compensation: Starts at $17.00 per hour.
