About the role#
Pathways, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Therapist Intern to provide mental health services. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Corning, New York, with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Conduct assessments for clients.
- Lead individual, group, or family counseling sessions.
- Deliver services in client homes and other community settings.
- Work under the direct supervision and guidance of a Clinical Supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the second year of a Master's program in a license-eligible discipline.
- Experience working with children and youth.
- A working knowledge of mental health diagnoses.
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and OMH(CFTSS) Criminal History Review.
