About the role#
The Couples Therapy Fellowship is a 3-year full-time position designed to prepare clinicians for independent licensure in Minnesota. This program combines clinical practice with a training curriculum. You will work within a small cohort of peers to develop skills in relationship therapy. We provide coverage for all training, continuing education, and clinical supervision fees.
What you'll do#
- Provide relationship therapy to a diverse array of couples and relational systems.
- Participate in a comprehensive couples therapy training program.
- Fulfill clinical contact hour requirements for independent licensure.
- Share resources and knowledge with others in a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current enrollment in or graduation from a Master’s degree program in counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to the entire 3-year program.
- Cultural responsiveness and awareness of your own cultural identity.

- Locations: St. Louis Park and Eagan, Minnesota.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term options: Winter 2027 or Fall 2027 start dates.
- Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000 annual salary.
