About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Recruitment and Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates. You will help build an external and diverse talent pipeline across different markets while working with the HR LATAM team.
What you'll do#
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage multiple requisitions while keeping candidate pipelines organized.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Update and use Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools to track hiring processes and candidate records.
- Prepare and update Talent Acquisition reports for LATAM and Global teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Advanced English proficiency.
