About the role#
The Year at Palantir internship program offers students the opportunity to engage in critical engineering work. Interns join small, agile teams and are held to the same performance standards as full-time engineers, with career progression based on merit and impact. You will work on real-world problems, helping to deploy AI-powered solutions and build platforms that support organizations in high-stakes industries.
What you'll do#
- Build software and deliver outcomes directly to customers.
- Architect and implement solutions that leverage business-critical data.
- Contribute high-quality code to core products, including Gotham, Foundry, or Apollo.
- Own the end-to-end execution of projects within small, agile teams.
- Apply AI-powered solutions to address complex challenges.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, specifically Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience applying AI through coursework, personal projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
