    About the role#

    This internship is designed for students who want to build a career in professional sports ticket sales. You will support the Corporate Ticket Sales Managers and Group Event Specialists by handling administrative tasks and gaining hands-on experience. This is a paid position for the Fall 2026 term, running from September through December.

    What you'll do#

    • Research qualified leads, local businesses, organizations, and teams.
    • Manage data entry using Microsoft Excel and Archtics.
    • Create invoices, receipts, flyers, and order forms.
    • Mail out large ticket blocks.
    • Help plan and execute ticket sales events.
    • Shadow ticket sales representatives during phone calls and off-site appointments.
    • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in a program such as Business Administration or Marketing.
    • A strong desire to pursue a career in ticket sales after graduation.
    • A competitive mindset and a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to take initiative and stay organized.
    • High attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
    • A coachable attitude and genuine interest in the business side of sports.

    • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Fall 2026 (September-December).
    • Schedule: Flexibility is required, including availability for evening and weekend games and events. You may choose a commitment of 20-25 hours per week or approximately 40 hours per week.
