About the role#
The Student Residence Director helps maintain a supportive and engaging living environment for students in the Law School community at Dannat Hall. This position focuses on the daily operations of the residence hall and the well-being of its residents.
What you'll do#
- Oversee daily operations at Dannat Hall.
- Manage resident life programming for students.
- Supervise Resident Assistants.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience and reliability when interacting with visitors.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous office experience is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: White Plains, New York.
- Schedule: Maximum 20 hours per week during school sessions and 35 hours per week during breaks.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Student, part-time, paid.
