About the role#
This summer internship provides students with hands-on experience in the energy industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a specific project while gaining exposure to the strategic functions of Supply Management Services. The program includes lunch and learns, a service project, and opportunities to visit field locations to see how the supply chain impacts operations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on a value-adding project.
- Source products and identify preferred suppliers to support cost-saving initiatives.
- Gather and evaluate vendor information to find gaps and new opportunities.
- Analyze category spend data to help inform future sourcing decisions.
- Examine and compare vendor contract terms to identify and address potential risks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Graduation date no earlier than December 2027.
- Availability to work from May 3, 2027, to August 18, 2027.
- A clear interest in the oil and gas industry.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada for the duration of the term without sponsorship.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $22.81 - $31.59 CAD per hour, depending on year in school and degree.
