About the role#
The Orr Fellowship is a two-year early career development program based in Evansville. You will work as a full-time employee while joining a cohort of other early career professionals. This program connects graduates with businesses in the region to support career growth and professional development. You will also take part in programming focused on continued learning and community building alongside 150 other fellows.
What you'll do#
- Work as a full-time employee at a business in Evansville for two years.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development programming.
- Engage with a cohort of peers to build community.
- Complete a four-stage application and recruitment process.
What you'll need#
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is recommended. If your GPA is below this, the recruitment process includes additional steps.
- An interest in working in business.
- A versatile, high-achieving approach to work.
- A mindset that is hungry, humble, and curious.
- A willingness to participate in community building.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or Political Science are relevant to this program.
