About the role#
The Strategic Sourcing Intern will join the Financial & Support division at OUC. This role offers hands-on experience working alongside the Strategic Sourcing team to manage supplier relationships and contract processes. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Assist buyers with supplier reviews to confirm accuracy and compliance.
- Review contract terms and enter data into the E1 system.
- Perform spend analysis to help business units make purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the Address Book database.
- Learn OUC terms and conditions, including pricing, schedules, and payment expectations.
- Gain experience with the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Integrated Business, or Pre-Law.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A strong academic foundation in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Business Law.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and learn new skills quickly.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11, 2027, to May 7, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week.
