About the role#
OUC is looking for a Finance Intern to join the Treasury Services division for the Winter 2027 term. This position offers hands-on experience through on-the-job training, educational sessions, and project work. You will work within a hybrid schedule to support the daily operations of the team.
What you'll do#
- Support and learn the Accounts Payable cycle including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
- Assist with invoices and statements while learning workflows from submission to approval.
- Contribute to the daily functions of the business unit and support specific project needs.
- Apply academic knowledge to various assignments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating meetings.
- Communicate with internal and external partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university with a status of Sophomore or above.
- A major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
