About the role#
This co-op position supports the US Supply Chain Operations department, specifically the Distribution and Logistics branch. You will work with external manufacturing sites and distribution centers to help manage imports, exports, inbound receiving, material storage, and order fulfillment. The goal of this role is to simplify operations, reduce costs, and support efficient distribution for the US market. This is a 6-month assignment running from March through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Maintain demand and supply planning systems to ensure data accuracy and parameter control.
- Support demand planning for product launches, new product introductions, and changes in supply sources.
- Monitor and analyze targets to identify drivers for Forecast Accuracy Metrics.
- Collaborate on Market and Brand Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Gather business intelligence from market stakeholders to support a 36-month planning window.
- Participate in company social outreach opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- A strong foundation in analytical skills with the ability to examine data and draw conclusions.
- A solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Future interest or previous experience in the supply chain field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI, or SAP is a bonus.

- Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Winter and Summer 2027 (March through August).
- Modality: Hybrid, typically 3 days remote and 2 days in the office (Wednesdays are required as an anchor day).
- Employment: Full-time, paid position.
