About the role#
The US Supply Chain Operations department manages the reliable supply of pharmaceutical and medical device products to the US market. This co-op role supports the Demand Planning and Fulfillment branch. You will work with marketing and finance teams to review demand forecasts, analyze historical sales trends, and identify demand drivers. The assignment lasts approximately 6 months, from March through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Maintain demand and supply planning systems, focusing on data accuracy and parameter control.
- Support demand planning for product launches, new product introductions, and phase-in or phase-out initiatives.
- Monitor targets and identify the drivers behind forecast accuracy metrics.
- Collaborate on Market and Brand Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Gather business intelligence from market stakeholders covering a 36-month timeframe.
- Participate in social outreach opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to examine data and draw conclusions.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI, or SAP is preferred.

- Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote.
- Term: Winter and Summer 2027.
- Employment Type: Full time, paid co-op.
