About the role#
Orchestra is seeking individuals for the Winter 2027 Integrated Marketing Fellowship Program. This is a hands-on opportunity for college graduates to gain experience in strategic communications, public affairs, media engagement, brand storytelling, and business operations. Fellows are embedded within a specific practice area to contribute to client work and internal projects while learning how integrated communications strategies are developed and executed.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and monitor industry, market, and media trends.
- Draft content, reports, presentations, and communications materials.
- Support client and internal projects from planning through execution.
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, client calls, and events.
- Collaborate across teams on integrated initiatives.
- Gain exposure to strategic communications, public affairs, and agency operations.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree or graduation before the start date.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in the selected practice area.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Digital fluency and an eagerness to learn new platforms.
- A strong interest in communications, marketing, public affairs, business, or related fields.

- Locations: New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Boston, MA.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in-office).
