About the role#
Burson is hiring an intern to join our influencer marketing team in Montreal. You will collaborate with brands in the beauty, retail, and consumer goods sectors. As part of the WPP Onefluence network, you will work on integrated services to meet client needs. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Identify, approach, negotiate, manage, and measure influencer programs, including seeding collaborations.
- Align your daily activities with strategic plans set by the team and our clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and track influencer campaigns, including managing large-scale mailers.
- Create performance reports by analyzing and optimizing organic and sponsored content.
- Monitor emerging trends in social media, technologies, and influencers within the Canadian market.
- Conduct research on social media to identify conversation trends and key influencers.
What you'll need#
- A completed university or college degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, public relations, digital marketing, or brand marketing. Agency experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem and strategic best practices.
- Understanding of data and performance indicators for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Experience using influencer research and analysis tools such as CreatorIQ or Traackr.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
- A creative mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing influencer programs is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Teams are in the office approximately four days a week.
- Compensation: 36,000 CAD annually, including applicable benefits.
