About the role#
The ONA AI Agent Intern will join the Supply Chain Applications (SCM) Solution Engineering organization to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, logistics, and Oracle Fusion SCM applications. This role focuses on designing, prototyping, and demonstrating AI agents for supply chain management. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product experts to build proof-of-concepts and internal accelerators that showcase the future of autonomous supply chains.
What you'll do#
- Assist in designing and building AI Agents using Oracle AI Services, OCI Generative AI, and Fusion SCM data.
- Prototype agent workflows for logistics scenarios, including shipment risk detection and warehouse task optimization.
- Build and maintain demo assets for OTM, GTM, WMS, Inventory, and SCM Analytics.
- Evaluate logistics AI use cases such as forecasting, resilience, and optimization.
- Document best practices for designing AI Agents within Oracle SCM.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
- A strong interest in modern logistics, including transportation, warehousing, global trade, and inventory.
- A foundational understanding of AI concepts, specifically LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and automation.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position at $30 per hour, working 40 hours per week.
- Program: This role is part of the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP), which prioritizes transitioning military veterans and military spouses.
