About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with a mentor and your team to build real-world applications. You will contribute to projects that solve trading problems and improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems. You will ship code to production in real time. Your projects are based on the actual needs of your team, and you will learn about trading fundamentals, financial markets, and AI-enabled tools.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- On track to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028 with junior standing or higher.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.
- Strong engineering instincts and a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- An interest in how technology powers the financial industry.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work as a collaborative teammate with developers, traders, and business teams.
