About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work with mentors and teammates to build applications that power a global trading firm. You will contribute to projects that improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems. Your code will reach production in real time. We provide support for US immigration sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Build real-world applications that power a global trading firm.
- Deep dive into trading fundamentals, including financial markets, strategies, AI-enabled tools, and technology.
- Collaborate with engineers, traders, and business teams to develop, test, and ship code to production.
- Tackle complex problems to enhance your critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
What you'll need#
- You are a student pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- You are on track to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028 with junior standing or higher.
- You are proficient in C++, Python, or Java.
- You possess strong engineering instincts and a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in how technology powers the financial industry.
- You are a natural problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a base salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 USD, plus a sign-on bonus. We also provide flights, living accommodations, and commuting stipends.
