Infrastructure and Capital Improvements Co-op

About the role#

This co-op position supports the Infrastructure & Capital Improvement team with financial analysis, capital planning, and operational performance. You will gain exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a multi-site organization and contribute to projects that impact over 40 communities across Alberta and British Columbia.

What you'll do#

• Analyze asset and financial performance data.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support capital planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct market and financial research.
• Assist with cross-functional asset projects.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with details, data, and structured tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Initiative to follow through on assigned work.
