About the role#
This is a 6-month Co-op position running from January 2027 through June 2027. You will join the Finance team to help leadership understand the financial impacts of business decisions. This role involves working across departments to provide data insights, performance management, and financial modeling. You will be expected to build relationships with team members and explain financial findings to the broader organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for all OnLogic departments.
- Conduct variance analysis.
- Support critical business decisions through ad-hoc projects.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and process streamlining.
- Support all aspects of financial planning and analysis.
- Form opinions based on analytical findings and defend those conclusions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Status as a student who will return for at least one semester following the completion of the Co-op.
- Experience with excel-style software, such as Google Sheets.
- Some experience with analytical or financial projects related to business.
- A willingness to learn Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Successful completion of a background check.

- Location: South Burlington, Vermont.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site role requiring a physical presence at the office.
- Term: Winter and Spring 2027 (January through June).
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
