About the role#
As a Finance Undergraduate Intern, you will join the Chief Financial Officer organization at Dell Technologies. You will serve as a business partner across various functions including financial planning, treasury, business controllership, audit, data science, and sales operations. Interns receive a high-impact project relevant to current business needs and gain exposure to executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Act as a business partner within your assigned function.
- Construct cash flow models to support sales and customer leasing.
- Improve and create processes for liquidity and cash management.
- Utilize data analytics to establish sales strategies and drive growth.
- Design client product brochures to align with business models.
- Assess the impact of supply chain and product changes on overall profitability.
- Define targets and metrics to maximize financing yields.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree candidate graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and quantitative analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills.
- A minimum 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities, student leadership, or volunteering.
- A clear interest in pursuing a career in corporate finance.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Roles are based on-site in Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
- The internship follows a rolling schedule.
