About the role#
The Omni Care Intern program offers hands-on training across various aspects of the hotel business. As a utility player, you will rotate through multiple departments based on business needs. This position is designed for those who want to learn hospitality operations from the ground up. Successful interns may be eligible for the Leader in Development program upon completion of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
- Rotate between the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage outlets, events, and pool or recreation areas.
- Anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Participate in internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the summer.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility with scheduling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on new projects.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods during daily business.
