About the role#
This position supports the Recruitment department and Campus Administration in Kelowna. You will assist with campus events, greet attendees, and help facilitate student-focused activities. This is a paid, non-regular, on-call student appointment for the Summer and Fall 2026 terms.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event set-up for Campus Information Nights.
- Staff information booths for current students.
- Support local career fairs and various campus recruitment events.
- Conduct campus tours for visitors.
- Provide support for orientation, student appreciation, and student life events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program at Okanagan College.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in various computer software applications.
- Prior work experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
