    About the role#

    The Marketing & Communications Office at UC Blue Ash College is hiring a part-time, paid Communications and Events Intern. This role supports departmental projects and campus event coordination. You will work 10 to 15 hours per week with some schedule flexibility based on project needs.

    What you'll do#

    • Support communications projects, including the production of a weekly e-newsletter during the fall and spring semesters.
    • Help write feature stories and develop social media content.
    • Assist with managing official social media accounts, from brainstorming to content creation.
    • Coordinate the planning and execution of campus events, including signature programs.
    • Use scheduling software to manage and track event requests.
    • Work with faculty, staff, external agencies, and various university departments.
    • Handle additional duties as required by the department.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment at the University of Cincinnati, or confirmed enrollment for an upcoming semester, at least on a part-time basis.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Pursuit of a degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

    • This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, part-time role.
    • Employment is subject to federal I-9 verification.
