About the role#
O'Hagan Meyer is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing efforts. This role is part-time, typically requiring 15 to 25 hours per week. It is a good fit for students or recent graduates who have an interest in professional services and legal marketing.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on clients, markets, and competitors.
- Manage the firm's Salesforce CRM system, which includes data entry, reporting, and list management.
- Assist with website maintenance, such as updating content, proofreading, and posting events.
- Prepare data and create research summaries for the marketing team.
- Update and format PowerPoint presentations and other branded materials.
- Track and report on basic marketing metrics.
- Help organize marketing files, templates, and databases.
What you'll need#
- A degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and speech.
- Comfort working with data and CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- This position is based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- This is a paid internship at $17 per hour.
