About the role#
This internship focuses on research within computer architecture and systems. You will work on projects that advance computing, graphics, media processing, and related technologies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Clara, California.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement new ideas in GPU and CPU architectures.
- Work on AI systems and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external researchers.
- Transfer research findings to product groups for new product development.
- Produce prototypes, file patents, or publish original research.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Ph.D. program for Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A research background with publications at top conferences.
- Experience with C, C++, Python, or CUDA.
- Strong communication skills.
- Research experience in GPU and Multi-GPU architecture.
