About the role#
Nucor is looking for interns to join our Accounting and Finance teams for the Summer 2027 term. This on-site role at our Brandenburg, Kentucky facility offers hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector. You will gain exposure to financial operations and contribute to the profitability of the business.
What you'll do#
- Participate in divisional assignments including financial planning and analysis.
- Engage in financial forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate on group projects with interns from other divisions.
- Shadow team members to learn about business operations.
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a four-year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date no later than May 2028.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation for the duration of the internship.
