About the role#
Novacore is seeking an Operations Intern for our Summer 2027 internship program. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience in project coordination and team collaboration. You will work across various departments, including Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance, to support our internal initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with operational processes and daily business support across insurance programs.
- Document workflows and identify inefficiencies to support process improvement efforts.
- Maintain standard operating procedures.
- Prepare data reports and dashboards using Excel and other business tools.
- Participate in project implementation, including testing, validation, and operational readiness tasks.
- Support document management, audit preparation, and records organization.
- Attend team meetings and assist with cross-functional special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current college student, preferably in your Sophomore or Junior year.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Project Management.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Capability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized.
- Ability to build working relationships with business partners and demonstrate teamwork.
Location & details#
- Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17th through August 5th).
