About the role#
The Director of CRM and Student Systems provides strategic leadership for the college’s customer relationship management platform. This role oversees the implementation, governance, and performance of CRM tools across the student lifecycle. Reporting to the Dean of Community and Student Engagement, the Director partners with Enrollment, Marketing, IT, and Student Affairs to translate institutional goals into sustainable technology solutions.
What you'll do#
- Provide institutional leadership for CRM strategy and governance.
- Translate enrollment and student success priorities into CRM-supported workflows and engagement models.
- Collaborate with Information Technology to ensure system integrations, data integrity, and platform reliability.
- Establish performance measures, dashboards, and reporting strategies to evaluate CRM effectiveness.
- Develop institutional standards for CRM requests, prioritization, and release planning.
- Lead change management efforts to support effective CRM adoption across departments.
- Supervise CRM staff, including setting priorities and evaluating performance.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- At least three years of progressively responsible professional experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, business systems, project management, or process improvement.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementations or technology-enabled projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing organizational change.
- Experience supervising professional staff or leading significant cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
