    About the role#

    NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and substitute instructors for the Student Success course (COLL 1001). This is a rolling application process, and applications are kept on file for the current fiscal year ending June 30.

    What you'll do#

    • Design and deliver instruction for day, evening, weekend, and online classes.
    • Manage student assessment and grading.
    • Provide timely communication with students, staff, and college administrators.

    What you'll need#

    • A Master's degree in any field.
    • Demonstrated teaching ability.
    • Ability to use an online platform for instruction.
    • Teaching experience, particularly in higher education, is preferred.
    • Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus.
    • Interest in project-based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning is given special consideration.

    • Location: Benton County, Arkansas.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $765 per credit hour.
