About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will join our team for a ten-week program in Chicago. You will gain hands-on experience by working directly with team members on daily tasks and participating in professional development events. This role offers exposure to a global business environment where you can build skills and connect with leadership. We look for individuals who are curious about how HR supports organizational success and business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Support HR initiatives by assisting with program coordination, communications, and reporting.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop insights that support decision-making.
- Contribute to inclusion and employee experience initiatives.
- Partner with team members to improve processes, documentation, dashboards, or tools.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to talent management.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- You maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You have proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois.
- The program term is rolling.
