About the role#
As an Asset Management Intern in the Enablement group, you will gain hands-on experience by working directly with teams on day-to-day tasks. You will participate in a ten-week program designed to support your early career development through project work, professional workshops, and networking with senior leaders. We will determine your specific team placement based on your interests and background.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and competitive analysis of asset classes or investment products.
- Investigate market trends to support product innovation.
- Execute the launch of new investment vehicles and manage product documentation.
- Assist with digital transformation projects, including workflow automation and the creation of executive dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through extracurricular activities or project work.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Chicago, Illinois.
