    About the role#

    This summer internship offers a hands-on look at the manufacturing operations at Niagara Bottling. You will spend 10 to 12 weeks working on projects that support our production goals. This role is based on-site in Plainfield, Indiana, and is a full-time, paid position.

    What you'll do#

    • Rotate through different areas of the plant to learn how our manufacturing process works.
    • Assist team members with production methods, machinery, and daily processes.
    • Research new and existing projects to support decision-making.
    • Identify problems and develop proposed solutions.
    • Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
    • Communicate and collaborate with teams across the organization.
    • Prepare and deliver a presentation to department leadership regarding your projects and outcomes.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently a Junior or a Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
    • No prior experience in a manufacturing environment, a specific position, or managing people is required.
    • If you have 2 years of experience in these areas, that is a plus.
