About the role#
As a General Intern, you will gain exposure to diverse business activities and support projects based on the specific needs of your assigned team. This role provides flexibility for assignments that do not fit within a single functional discipline. You may support areas such as business operations, communications, project management, human resources, legal, environmental, or strategy. Throughout the summer, you will develop professional skills, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to work that supports our business.
What you'll do#
- Assist your assigned department with projects, analyses, and daily business activities.
- Support research, reporting, and coordination tasks.
- Review and organize information to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, schedules, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners across the organization.
- Support process improvement and contribute to initiatives that address real business needs.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a bachelor’s degree or higher degree program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to complete a minimum 10-week internship, starting no later than June 1, 2027.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant coursework in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Environmental Engineering is preferred.

- This internship is located on-site in Juno Beach, Florida.
- The program takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
