About the role#
This internship provides graduate students the opportunity to apply their professional experience and MBA education to strategic business challenges. You will spend the summer at our Juno Beach headquarters working on a project aligned with the priorities of your assigned business area. The program includes professional development, networking, and team-building activities.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a strategic project and develop actionable recommendations.
- Analyze the economic value of business alternatives and evaluate commercial opportunities in renewable energy strategy.
- Support deal negotiations with regulators and businesses.
- Communicate with stakeholders and internal subject matter experts to advance proposals.
- Present your final findings to a team of senior executives.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in the first year of a full-time MBA program.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong oral presentation skills and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage matrixed support teams with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and project management.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
