This position supports Global Supply Management (GSM) activities. Responsibilities: Send service invoices for approval Printing invoices Scanning of invoices Work Po confirmations weekly Vendor changes – banking, address New Vendor set ups Onboard new suppliers, ensuring proper documentation is received and filed Inform, educate and train suppliers on how to login to Nexteer’s supplier portal Send items for Quote Provide Quote Recaps Assist and support buyers with projects as needed Requirements: Candidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to Saginaw Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain Management Candidate must be able to work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters Up to 40 in the summer Must have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale Must be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Products (Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access, SQL) Candidate must have excellent Communication, Documentation Skills and attention to detail Candidate must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship Nexteer is an Equal Opportunity Employer Disabled/Minorities/Veterans/Women Nexteer is an E-Verify employer.
