About the role#
This rotational co-op program provides Kettering University students with practical work experience in a technical environment. You will rotate through various engineering positions to explore different aspects of the automotive manufacturing industry. The program connects your classroom education with hands-on projects, allowing you to build professional skills while working alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience across a variety of engineering roles.
- Work on projects related to company products, processes, and procedures.
- Partner with a mentor who will support your growth in your chosen area of interest.
- Integrate your academic studies with technical tasks in a manufacturing setting.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at Kettering University.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal right to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.

- This role is located in Saginaw, Michigan.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position.
