About the role#
The Recapture Marketing internship is a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in mortgage marketing. You will join the Recapture Marketing team to assist with campaign strategy, execution, and project management. This role focuses on professional development through direct mentorship, collaboration with team members, and exposure to corporate operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of lifecycle and retention campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Assist with content briefing, development, and campaign documentation.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and propose new approaches.
- Perform business analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
- Observe experienced team members to learn departmental methods and standards.
- Attend company-sponsored training, activities, and events.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a four-year degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with a graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, specifically using Excel or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).
- A smartphone that meets company security standards for required applications.
