About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides rising seniors with corporate experience, professional development, and industry knowledge. You will work within the Creative team to build and organize visual assets, templates, and educational resources. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coppell, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Produce and adapt creative assets for channel marketing campaigns.
- Execute production design tasks, including resizing, versioning, and preparing creative files.
- Create visual communication materials like infographics, training resources, playbooks, process diagrams, and presentation graphics.
- Support digital marketing by maintaining email modules, landing page assets, website graphics, and social media content.
- Organize creative assets and template libraries to ensure they remain accessible and brand compliant.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on creative deliverables.
- Partner with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders on project execution.
- Research and propose best practices and innovative approaches to design.
- Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Attend company-sponsored training classes, activities, and events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year college degree with a graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva and digital asset management practices.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and branding fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to work on-site and possess a smartphone that meets company security standards.
