About the role#
Newrez is seeking a Facilities Intern for our Summer 2027 program. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship based on-site in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. You will work directly with our facilities team to support the daily operations of our office locations. This role is intended for students currently pursuing a four-year degree with a graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
What you'll do#
- Support daily facilities operations by troubleshooting recurring issues.
- Set up workstations and desktop environments for new hires.
- Manage support tickets and assist with seating plans and office space management.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track equipment, furnishings, and other materials.
- Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership regarding process changes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program, preferably in Logistics or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
- Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau, including experience with formulas and pivot tables.
- Highly developed organizational and time-management skills.
- An ability to adapt and a willingness to learn new procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
