About the role#
This internship is part of our 10-week summer program designed to provide professional development and real-world experience. You will work directly with our Internal Audit team to provide independent assurance and advisory services. Your work will focus on identifying risks, improving controls, and ensuring compliance across the company.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to audit methodology and processes for Servicing, Originations, Compliance, IT, and SOX audits.
- Assist the team with audit planning and perform assigned duties under the guidance of experienced staff.
- Conduct business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership regarding process changes.
- Research and propose best practices, innovative approaches, and programs used by industry peers.
- Attend company-sponsored training classes, activities, and events to build professional relationships.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Scheduled graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and strong skills in Excel or Tableau.
- Highly developed organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
