About the role#
As a Homeowner Advocate intern, you will join the Regulatory Resolution team for a 10-week summer program. This role focuses on representing the voice of the homeowner by analyzing feedback and identifying trends. You will work alongside experienced staff to understand our business operations, company policies, and industry standards while contributing to process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Review, categorize, and log regulatory complaints from agency portals.
- Analyze complaint data to spot recurring customer concerns and emerging risks.
- Help with research and reporting for regulatory inquiries.
- Document business processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Perform business analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
- Attend company-sponsored training, activities, and team events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree with a graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis.
- Strong skills in Excel and Tableau.
- Highly developed organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Coppell, Texas.
- The program term is Summer 2027.
- Employees are required to have a smartphone that meets company security standards for authentication apps.
