About the role#
This internship is part of our 10-week summer program designed to provide professional development through real-world experience. You will join the Digital Marketing team to gain insight into our industry and operations. We look for individuals who can see the big picture, maintain composure, and approach tasks with an entrepreneurial mindset.
What you'll do#
- Support analytics and segmentation projects.
- Contribute to paid media campaigns and maintain digital marketing dashboards.
- Research and propose new practices and innovative approaches.
- Perform business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for process improvements.
- Observe experienced team members to learn methods, procedures, and company standards.
- Attend company-sponsored training classes, activities, and events.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and staff.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing or Data Science with a graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Strong understanding of social media and experience with AI tools.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including skills in Excel or Tableau.
- Ability to summarize large amounts of information concisely.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to various audiences.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
